It has been less than two weeks since we left your wonderful hotel. The memories will be with us forever. We stayed at many beautiful hotels while in Italy, but yours was truly the most spectacular. The views from our room were breathtaking. Your staff was so courteous and helpful. We loved the breakfasts, cocktails and dinners overlooking the bay, all in unique and beautifully designed settings... So serene and romantic. From the moment we arrived until our reluctant departure, we luxuriated in every moment. Thank you for an experience we will treasure for years to come! Thank you for a wonderful five nights. My mother and I were traveling all around Italy and this vacation from our vacation was truly special. Your staff and facilities were beyond helpful and worth each one of your five stars. The club lounge and breakfasts were delicious and the sunning beach was beautiful. Thank you again, I can't wait to come back! We have just stayed for a week at your beautiful hotel. From the moment we were greeted in the most informal reception area imaginable - more like a seaview lounge - and offered a coffee whilst our passports were copied to comply with Italian immigration rules, we were treated as family members rather than paying guests - your delightful receptionist, Paola went so far as to refuse to take a credit card imprint to guarantee our payment. We stayed in your Deluxe Seaview Room, which had no room number - just the name "Amore" on the door. The room is straight out of a James Bond Film. We felt we were staying in a room in a palace. Your philospophy appears to be to say "Yes!" to any request however large or small. For example, there is a library of books in each of the public rooms and when Olya asked to borrow one of the books, Paola's comment was "yes and, of course, if you do not finish it during your stay then please take it home as it would be crazy not to finish the book!" Without exception, all of your staff were amazing. We have already booked an extended stay in "our" room for next June. We are missing you already! We spent 3 nights at your hotel in early April at the very beeginning of a 15 day trip to Italy that would extend from Sorrento to Rome, Milan, Lake Como, Torino and end in Bologna. Bellvue Syrene was the absolute highlight of our trip. The accomodations were perfect; the service was above reproach; and the location was gorgeous. There was no where else along our journey that could begin to compare. Our trip was an early celebration of our 50th wedding anniversary, and we wish that we had stayed longer in Sorrento. We first stayed at the Bellevue Syrene in 1984 on our honeymoon. I found the hotel in a guide book and we were absolutely delighted when we arrived to find such a beautiful and charming hotel, full of history, run by lovely people, serving delicious food. We returned the following year to celebrate our 1st Anniversary in the same room (#2)overlooking the Bay of Napoli and Vesuvio. We had dinner every night in Pompieana and sat out on the terrace in the evening listening to music and dancing. This was all before the rennovations. We look forward to coming back soon to celebrate once again in the most romantic hotel in the world. Bellevue Syrene has given us memories that remain with us to this day. Grazie! Dopo 20 anni, sono ritornata in questo splendido hotel per una breve vacanza. E' un posto meraviglioso, da tutti i punti di vista: il servizio, il personale, la posizione. VOTO: 10 CON LODE! Ci siamo sposati il 15 maggio di quest'anno in questo meraviglioso albergo e lo rifaremmo altre 1000 volte!Perchè è un posto fantastico, si mangia benissimo, lo staff tutto è qualificatissimo e abbiamo ricevuto un trattamento impeccabile! Tutte le nostre manie di perfezionismo sono state assecondate e soddisfatte e tutto è stato più che all'altezza delle nostre aspettative: dal cibo al servizio, dai centrotavola alla bellissima torta nuziale, dall'accoglienza degli ospiti alla incredibile suite nuziale! Ancora oggi i nostri invitati, quando ci incontrano, ci fanno i complimenti per il ricevimento e noi li giriamo al Sig. Nello Pane.dopo il ricevimento abbiamo pernottato nella suite rocce che è unica. il panorama di sorrento è bellissimo,ma visto dal Syrene lo è ancora di più e Caruso aveva riggione di cantare torna a surriento.noi ci siamo tornati dopo un anno ed abbiamo portato anche il nostro bimbo Niko. grazie di tutto siete Grandiosi. Il 23/07/08 ci siamo sposati....al Bellevue Syrene;lo scorso anno abbiamo festeggiato lì il primo l'anniversario,e tra un mesetto ci ritorneremo......è inspiegabile la magia che circonda quel posto;sarà il mito delle sirene,oppure il Vesuvio che domina il mare, o ancora la poesia di Caruso.... sta di fatto che non potevamo fare scelta migliore per il ricevimento! Siamo stati accontentati,seguiti e coccolati in ogni minimo particolare.....ecco perchè ci siamo ripromessi di tornarci ogni anno.....per tutti quelli che il Signore ha disposto per noi! Our wedding reception was perfect due to your attention to detail and fantastic service, of which all of our guests agreed. The view from the terrace was stunning and the food was delicious. We also very much enjoyed our stay at Bellevue Syrene. The Club lounge and private terrace was a definite bonus compared to other Sorrento hotels and our room was perfect.
